At MOMIJI Kids, our goal is simple. We want you to love your purchase.
Change your mind?
We understand the difficulty in inspecting a product when buying online, so if you change your mind, we will be pleased to offer you an exchange for the same product or another product on our store.
Contact us with your request at hello@momijikids.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that all items must be in their original packaging i.e. unused, unassembled, and that you will be required to cover the shipping charges associated with the exchange.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our rattan products, please keep in mind that there may be slight variations in appearance. We believe this is what gives our products their unique charm & beauty.
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and make every effort to thoroughly check every item before it is shipped to you.
In the event you decide to exchange for another product, the difference in price (if any) may require an additional top-up payment if the new selected product is of higher retail value. If the new product is of lower retail value, we can apply the remaining balance as store credit so you can shop at your own leisure in future.
We release a New Collection of Limited Edition designs every 4 months so we're confident you will discover something you love!
Defective or damaged items
If however, you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at hello@momijikids.com. We will make every effort to replace the item as soon as possible or arrange a full refund where replacement is not possible.
